As the female body ages, it goes through natural changes, which end the cycle of fertility. We term these changes as the menopause. While many health care practitioners choose to label menopause a disease, it really is a very natural process, which should be without discomfort. For millions of women, the menopause produces no ill effects whatsoever, yet for thousands and thousands of others, the menopause produces a life of `hell', with hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats, and even depression.
The program we are currently using at The Institute of Nutritional Science is one of the most complete approaches to this complicated chemical condition ever offered.
